We guarantee consistently high quality and safety of our products by maintaining ongoing contact with planters in the countries of origin. Where required, we monitor the selection of seeds and optimize production conditions. We regularly audit producers, forwarders and suppliers. In our tasting rooms, our experts taste countless samples of all tea varieties on a daily basis. We carefully compare samples at purchase, prior to shipping, upon receipt at the warehouse and after production. During the blending process at our factory, organoleptic in-process controls are conducted to guarantee the highest possible quality and consistency of our blends.
